These terms apply to all purchases you make with Quad-Warehouse Limited.Please read them carefully before placing an order.By ordering from us,you agree to these terms.

All references to the customer, “you” or “your” shall means or is referring to the person or persons purchasing or offering to purchase goods from us.
All references to the “Web Site” shall include reference to all URL’s owned by us.

When you buy from us you are agreeing to the following
We only accept orders when we've checked them
We contact you to confirm we have accepted your order .We accept orders via our website,phone,email or post. Any information on our Web Site does not constitute an offer by us capable of acceptance by you and your filling in details or clicking any button or icon indicating you are making an order does not, and is not intended to, constitute a binding contract between you and us.A contract is formed only when we dispatch your item and confirm this in writing.Submitting an order alone does not create a binding contract.
Sometimes we reject orders, for example, because a product is unexpectedly out of stock, because a credit reference we have obtained is unsatisfactory, because we can't verify your age (where the product is age-restricted), because you are located outside our delivery areas, as stated on our website or because the product was mispriced by us. When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.
We charge you when we accept your order
You will own your product once we have received payment in full including any applicable delivery charges. Until title passes, you must not sell or part with the product and must keep it in satisfactory condition.. We accept major credit/debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Delta, Switch and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. We are unable to accept or process any credit/debit card orders without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
We charge interest on late payments
If we're unable to collect any payment you owe us we charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% a year above the Bank of England base rate from time to time. This interest accrues on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You pay us the interest together with any overdue amount.
We pass on some increases in VAT
If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
We're not responsible for delays outside our control
If our supply of your product is delayed by an event outside our control we contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact our Customer Service Team:by email at info@quad-warehouse.com or by phone on 01773 432102 to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for, but not received.
Products can vary slightly from their pictures
A product's true colour may not exactly match that shown on your device or in our marketing or its packaging may be slightly different. Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the Website match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some shades of colours may vary. We may make technical improvements or changes in line with laws or safety regulations without notice
Accessories and Spare Parts
We supply a range of accessories and spare parts for quads, dirt bikes and other powered vehicles. These items are designed for specific models and must be installed or used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the accessory or part is suitable for your intended use or vehicle model.
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before purchase. Incorrect installation or use may void warranties and could pose safety risks.
Spare parts and accessories that have been fitted or used may not be eligible for return unless they are found to be faulty. Please see our returns policy for full details.
All statutory rights apply to these items as with any other product we sell.
You're responsible for making sure your measurements are accurate

The recommended age and height for bike usage are provided as general guidelines. Actual suitability should be determined at the discretion of the parent or owner.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to availability.Only estimated delivery times are given and we will notify you of any delays outside our control such as weather,courierissues or supply chain issues.
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges shown are for 2 to 4 day delivery of items in stock to U.K. mainland addresses only. If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us within 24 hours. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your online account. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information directly from our delivery partner.
You have a legal right to change your mind
Your legal right to change your mind. For most of our products bought online, by mail order, or over the telephone you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. This is subject to some conditions, as set out below.Returned goods must be unused and in a resaleable condition.We may reduce your refund if the product is damaged,used or incomplete.

The deadline for changing your mind. If you change your mind about a product you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day we deliver it. If your purchase is split into several deliveries over different days, the period runs from the day after the last delivery.

You have to return the product at your own cost. You have to return your product to us within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind. Returns are at your own cost, unless we offered free returns when you bought the product You can:

send the product back to us using an established delivery service. If you do this you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time we won't refund you the price. We only refund standard delivery costs. For example, we don't refund any extra you have paid for express delivery or delivery at a particular time.
We reduce your refund if you have used or damaged a product. If you handle the product in a way which would not be acceptable in-store, we reduce your refund, to compensate us for its reduced value. For example, we reduce your refund if the product's condition is not "as new", price tags have been removed, the packaging is damaged or accessories are missing. In some cases, because of the way you have treated the product, no refund may be due. When and how we refund you. If you tell us you've changed your mind about a product that hasn't been dispatched or one that we're collecting from you, we refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you're sending your product back to us, we refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or receiving evidence you've sent it to us). We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.
You can end an on-going contract (find out how)
We tell you when and how you can end an on-going contract with us during the order process and we confirm this information to you in writing after we've accepted your order. Suitability and Use

Recommended ages and sizes are general guidelines. Final responsibility rests with you as the purchaser.
Products are provided boxed for self-assembly unless you select our assembly option at checkout. Fully assembled vehicles are pre-tested before dispatch. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand your responsibility for correct assembly, safety checks, and ongoing maintenance of the product before use.
You are also responsible for conducting an initial test ride or inspection in a safe, private environment. Ensure brakes, throttle, and all mechanical parts are functioning correctly before use.
If the product is used by a minor, it must be assembled and supervised by a responsible adult. You are responsible for ensuring it is suitable for the child’s age, experience, and environment.
You have rights if there is something wrong with your product

.We honour our legal duty to provide you with products that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law. Your legal rights are summarised below. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:
• Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund.
• Up to six months: if your goods can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases.

Some products may include an additional manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the specific product description or contact us for full warranty details. These warranties are separate from and do not affect your statutory rights.
Warranties are stated on the website for all vehicles on the specific product page.
All our items are listed with a Manufacturer’s Parts Only Warranty. This means that if there is a fault with the product and you report the fault to us within the time frame of the warranty, we will assess the issues with you and send either parts or arrange the return of the item for repair.
Warranties do not cover any modifications, whether minor or major, or damage caused by the use of non-certified accessories, including battery chargers and related electrical spares not supplied by Quad-Warehouse and specifically designed for the product, water ingress, user error, misuse, breakages, wear and tear of items, accidental damage or broken parts which may have been caused by the owner/rider.
Modifications of the vehicle are strictly prohibited and will void any and all warranties related to the product and may render the product unsafe and unfit for use
Certified accessories must be used, including battery chargers and electrically related parts designed specifically for the vehicle only. The use of chargers and electrical components that are not explicitly designed for the product will void the product warranty and may disable safety systems. Using non-certified, non-product-specific accessories may create a fire risk and must not be used.
For all warranty claims, we may ask for evidence of the fault, which could include photographic or video evidence.
If an item needs to be returned to us for repair, we will offer to arrange collection. To do this, we will send you the necessary paperwork via email. If the required paperwork is not returned to us, we will not proceed with the collection. In such cases, it is your responsibility to return the item in accordance with section 4.
We aim to complete all warranty repairs within 48 hours. However, if parts need to be ordered, the repair may take up to 4 weeks. 6.9 This section does not affect your statutory rights.
We can change products and these terms

We let you know, may adjust the price and may allow you to terminate. We contact you in advance to tell you we're suspending supply, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency.. If we suspend supply, or tell you we're going to suspend supply, for more than four weeks you can contact our Customer Service Team by email at info@quad-warehouse.com or by phone on 01773 432102 to end the contract and we'll refund any sums you've paid in advance for products you won't receive.
We can stop providing a product.. We let you know at least 14 days in advance and we refund any sums you've paid in advance for products which won't be provided.
We can end our contract with you
We can end our contract with you for a product and claim any compensation due to us (including enforcement costs) if:

To the extent that you use a product for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession then, save in respect of any liability which cannot legally be limited, our total liability to you for all losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to what you paid for the product and all claims for loss of profit or indirect or consequential loss are wholly excluded

We reserve the right to refuse to provide a copy of any personal data held, but will give reasons for our refusal.

You have several options for resolving disputes with us

Resolving disputes without going to court. Alternative dispute resolution is an optional process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. You can submit a complaint to CEDR through their website at www.cedr.com. CEDR does not charge you for making a complaint and if you're not satisfied with the outcome you can still go to court.
You can go to court. These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
Other important terms apply to our contract
We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for supplying your product. We'll tell you in writing if this happens and we'll ensure that the transfer won't affect your rights under the contract
You can only transfer your contract with us to someone else if we agree to this. We may not agree .We can require the new owner to prove you transferred the product to them.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can't do it later.
