  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship all over the UK, Ireland, Scotland & Wales. For any international shipping then please contact us.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    Please login to your account and once the item is shipped you will be contacted by our designated couriers.

  • What's your return policy?

    In the rare instance that you want to return your quad, you should contact us immediately. You should also notify us within 24 hours of receiving your quad if there’s any faults/damages so we can contact the shipping company. For any other returns, the buyer must return the quad at there expense, when we receive it back, it will be checked over and the customer will be refunded fully including the return postage if still in it’s original condition.   • How do I track my shipment

    We use Pallet Force and orders placed when ordered before 10am mon-thurs in the UK you’ll receive it the next day!!

  • Does my order come fully built up?

    The quad will come fully built and pre tested as long as you select the assembly option at the checkout, or unless otherwise stated.

  • Do you have parts on hand?

    Yes, every quad we stock, we have parts on hand should you need them, please contact us should you require any parts.

  • Do prices include VAT?

    Yes, all products are inclusive of 20% VAT. This will be shown on the invoice upon completion of your order via email.

  • What warranty do you offer?

    Please check the 'warranty' section on each quad for full details, as each quad has a different extensive warranty.

  • Do you offer bulk purchases for Trade/Wholesale?

    We do, please use the Trade section at the bottom of the home page, or simply contact us and one of the team will help.
